Steve Goldstein, Division President of FFAM360, and Paul Allen, Chief Operating Officer of FFAM360, were Featured on Receivables Roundtable, a Video Production for the Accounts Receivable Management Industry Created and Published by Receivables Info

Atlanta, GA, October 2021–We’re proud to share episode 47 of Receivables Roundtable featuring our own Steve Goldstein, Co-Founder, Partner, and Division President of FFAM360, and Paul Allen, Chief Operating Officer of FFAM360! Steve and Paul sat down with Adam Parks to discuss data analytics and subrogation in the rental car space.

As two veterans of the Accounts Receivable Management (ARM) industry, Steve and Paul used their experience to discuss the challenges that FFAM360 faces as they handle subrogation—the substitution of one person or group by another in respect of a collections or insurance claim—cases for rental car companies.

Using their data analytics tools from the various arms of their Alliance of Corporations, FFAM360 explored the subrogation space with a unique perspective.

“We went to our development team … and they really built us a unique model that picks data points that are public information,” says Paul. “We tested it for 18 months blindly and worked the business as we normally would. We developed a model and we’re able to pinpoint specific balance sizes for different consumers. It’s all based on historical data that we had gathered.”
