FFAM360 Exec Director of Compliance Joins RMA Certification Counsel

First Financial Asset Management and the FFAM360™ Group of Companies is proud to announce the appointment of our Executive Director of Compliance, Donna Boyd to the Receivable Management Association’s Certification Counsel. This new appointment for a two-year term was approved the RMA Board of Directors on May 10, 2017.

“As part of the Certification Counsel for RMA, I am able to participate in the discussions and decisions surrounding our industries premiere self-regulation program” said Executive Director of Compliance Donna Boyd. “The RMA Certification program is more frequently being recognized by regulators and legislatures around the country and I am excited to participate in the leadership of this program” she continued.

RMA’s Receivables Management Certification Program (RMCP) and its Code of Ethics set the “gold standard” within the receivables management industry due to its rigorous uniform industry standards of best practice which focus on consumer protection through increased transparency and operational controls. Founded in 1997, RMA began certifying companies and individuals in 2013. As of 2017, over 350 certifications have been authorized.

“FFAM360 is a Certified Professional Receivables Company with RMA and we fully support the association and this type of industry self-regulation” said President , Mary Maloney. “We see the value that this program has provided to the industry over the past 4 years and I think Donna will be a great addition to the leadership of this program. Her commitment to receivables management compliance will be an asset to the organization” she continued.
