First Financial Asset Management (FFAM360), a world-class organization that provides revenue-centric solutions for all phases of the credit and revenue lifecycle, announces the recent hire of Bryce Noel as Vice President of Legal Operations and Corporate Counsel. In this role, Mr. Noel will ensure the continued implementation of best legal practices and usability of FFAM360 technologies, providing compliance and policy management while assisting with strategic planning of the company’s objectives.

Bryce Noel comes to FFAM360 with over 8 years of experience in legal firm operations and management, representing creditors at hearings and managing legal and administrative staff. He joins FFAM360 from a multi-state law firm where he served as an Attorney since 2016. In this role, he managed Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases for creditors in Georgia and Alabama, oversaw paralegals and advised junior associates on bankruptcy procedures and best practices, reviewed Motions for Relief, Objections to Confirmation, and various other documents for filing, and drafted responses to Objections to Claim, Motions to Determine Fees, and Adversary Complaints.

Prior, Mr. Noel was an Attorney at a multi-state law firm in the credit and finance industry where he managed over 3,000 collections cases in Alabama, Virginia, and Georgia. In addition, he oversaw all paralegal and administrative associates, managed client relationships, spearheaded local counsel coordination in local markets, drafted complaints, default judgments, discovery, discovery responses, motions for summary judgment, and other motions for Alabama, Virginia, and Georgia cases.

Mr. Noel graduated from the University of Alabama School of Law, Juris Doctor and is a member of the Alabama, Georgia, and Virginia Bars. Mr. Noel made the most out of last year’s lockdown and spent most of 2020 teaching his wife how to play tennis. They enjoy relaxing with their two dogs, and Bryce still plays soccer whenever he can. He is an avid Atlanta United, Atlanta Falcons, and Alabama football fan.
