We accept online payments in the form of a check or credit card. Using the information in your communication letter from us, you can make a payment through our secure payment portal. The portal also allows you to access and view account information as well as update pertinent information.
You can also submit your insurance information to us. You will need your FFAM360 ID Number which is located on the letter you received from FFAM360 directly– it will be listed as the Account Number. Important insurance information or documents can also be uploaded from our portal.
